Name WhidbeyHealth Foundation as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement account by updating your beneficiary designation form, which can be obtained from the plan administrator.
Life Insurance
You can name WhidbeyHealth Foundation as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or employer-provided life insurance policy. Contact your life insurance company to submit an updated beneficiary designation form.
